Thomas (“TJ”) Renda grew up in Apopka, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at Alabama State University where he also played Division 1 baseball – winning pitcher of the year his sophomore year.
After gaining some experience at a local bankruptcy firm, TJ decided to go to law school, in which he received his law degree at Elon University School of Law located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Upon graduating, TJ worked both in-house and at a defense firm representing various insurance companies on first-party property claims prior to joining Cohen Law Group. As an attorney at Cohen Law, TJ uses his first-hand defense experience to provide the best legal counsel for homeowners.
In his free time, TJ enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out, traveling, and watching New York Yankees Baseball Games.
