He is a Florida native who grew up in the Orlando. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida. In 2011, Will was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida School of Law.
During law school Will realized his passion for litigation and trial while completing summer internships at the US Attorney’s office and one of the largest Plaintiff law firms in the United States.
Upon graduation from law school, and knowing that trial advocacy was his passion, Will began his law career at the Office of the Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he represented 100s of indigent clients against prosecution by the Government and tried over 50 jury trials all the way to verdict.
As an attorney at Cohen Law Group, Will continues to use his litigation and trial skills to aggressively represent the citizens and small businesses of Florida against multi-billion dollar corporations and insurance companies. In one particularly glaring case, the insurance company completely denied coverage for the loss and resulting damage, however Will was able to obtain a ruling from the Judge that the denial of coverage by the insurance company was wrong, and as a matter of law the loss should have been covered.
When Will isn’t at the office or in the courtroom he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for his Gators every Saturday in the Fall.
