Ms. Diaz has an extensive litigation background and has been integral in resolving thousands of claims for policyholders and contractors across Florida. She brings years of experience as a prior claims adjuster for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies and has since helped claimants recover millions of dollars through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Diaz received her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and received her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, she worked as a full-time Paralegal and Office Manager, served as Managing Editor of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal, received the Environmental Honors Certificate, and received a Book Award for the highest grade in Mediation.
She is a current member of the Florida Bar, National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Florida Bar Journal/News Editorial Board, and the Florida Justice Association. Ms. Diaz is also a published author in the Florida Coastal Law Review and a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator.
