Kailey Evans was born and raised in Orlando and has called different parts of Florida home her entire life. She attended Florida State University for undergrad and then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law for law school. During law school, Kailey was part of the trial team and her love for litigation grew (she has always had a love of negotiating). Following law school, Kailey worked in Jacksonville for a top insurance defense firm, handling primarily car accidents and slip and fall cases.
After a few years, Kailey returned home to Orlando and worked as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange County, handling cases ranging from juvenile to felony. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Kailey handled family law cases for a short period of time before returning to insurance defense and handling construction cases. Kailey’s knowledge of construction cases and insurance companies will help her represent homeowners to a fair and efficient resolution to their case.
In her spare time, Kailey enjoys doing CrossFit and hanging out at the beach.
