Mindy is a Florida native having grown up in Jacksonville. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. There she completed an honors thesis regarding campaign finance reform and served as Senate Speaker. Mindy received her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, where she won the 2006 Dispute Resolution competition.Mindy began her career practicing in the areas of long term care and medical malpractice as well as premises liability before transitioning to first party property claims. While she has spent the majority of her career representing insurance companies and other major corporations, she decided to bring her talent and skills to bear to assist homeowners in receiving fair treatment. Given her experience she has considerable knowledge of the insurance industry’s strategies, which she now uses to help her clients prevail.When outside of the office, Mindy loves to travel, cook and spend time with friends and family.
