Erin Dix

Erin is originally from Wichita, Kansas and relocated to Orlando, Florida in 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas, double majoring in political science and international studies and earning Dean’s List distinctions for academic achievement. She subsequently received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law. During her time in law school, Erin clerked for a district court judge and interned for the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.

Erin has spent her entire legal career practicing in the area of insurance litigation. Before joining Cohen Law Group, Erin worked as in-house counsel for an insurance company and handled insurance cases for a Central Florida trial firm. She has experience litigating a variety of insurance claims, including hurricanes, storm damage, pipe leaks, sinkhole losses, collapse cases, fire damage, theft, vandalism, automobile accidents, and liability matters. Erin is admitted to practice in all State Courts and Federal Courts in Florida.

In her free time, Erin enjoys running, playing and watching sports, reading, and spending time with her friends and husband, who she met at the Boston Marathon in 2011.
